Three disciplines, one concern: how ideas become operational
Work grounded in the real structure of organizations, the limits of available evidence, and the discipline required to build.
01
Business Process Management Engineering
Processes are the operational form of an organization’s institutions — its real rules. I model them (BPMN), execute them (BPMS), measure them (business performance management) and redesign them.
What this means in practice
- BPMN 2.0 modelling and simulation
- Process design, reengineering and governance
- Planning, budgeting and finance transformation
- Balanced scorecard and performance architecture
- BPMS implementation: TIBCO, IBM Lombardi, Appian and WebRatio
- Requirements engineering and organizational diagnostics
Where I have applied it: Banking — treasury, planning, front-end, leasing and loans, IFRS/Basel II reporting — steel, food industry and government.
02
AI & Contextualization for Small Data
Most enterprises do not have big data. They have process logic, documents, and the tacit knowledge of experienced people. My work focuses on contextualization mechanisms that turn process models and expert knowledge into the context AI needs — combined with machine learning methods that work on small, structured datasets.
What this means in practice
- Ontology and process layers as AI context
- Capture of formal and tacit knowledge
- Explainable machine learning, including gradient boosting with SHAP explanations
- Intelligent document processing
- Enterprise AI agents and ERP/CRM integration
- Incremental learning, making human corrections compound instead of evaporate
Where I have applied it: Customer intelligence and churn prevention, sales forecasting, document intelligence, ESG and carbon management, and insurance.
03
Venture Building & Founder Education
Companies begin with a well-written first chapter — clarity of vision, strong values and the courage to build. I help translate research into ventures through a structured, mentorship-driven and educational process.
What this means in practice
- Business modelling
- Technical architecture
- Research-to-market translation
- Founder curriculum design
- Funding strategy
Where I have applied it: Scientific research, founder education and early venture formation.
